We Will Review:
Business Improvements
Do your employees waste time running back and forth to each other to ask questions? Are you worried someone is checking their social media on company time? We can check how you can utilize technology to improve your business efficiency.
Your Network Security
We will do a non-evasive scan of your business network to check for devices that are connected and other preliminary information to help us get a better idea of your IT infrastructure.
Devices and Software
We will discuss your current IT, the software you use, and any specialty devices you may need for your business to operate properly. We may ask for your current support vendors (if any) so can get the best idea of who you currently rely on in case there is an issue.
Pain Points
Do you have a specific thing about your technology that is stressing you out? What about a particular device that just isn’t working right? Let us know what your pain points are and we will give you insight on how we can alleviate your issues.
What To Prepare:
Your Office Manager and the Owner
We normally will work with the office manager or whoever in your office is most familiar with your current day-to-day operations and how they rely on IT. We also would like to meet with the business owner to discuss what pain points they are experiencing within the business, IT or otherwise.
Administrative IT Access
We ask that you provide us with Administrative access to your network for a brief time while we do our network scan. You do not need to provide us with any passwords, just that someone will be available to access your server and log into your network with Admin privileges.
1 Hour Of Your Time
The normal evaluation will take about an hour of your time. During this time, your business and employees may work like normal. We will not be disconnecting anything or making any changes to your network. We want to ensure we are thorough in our evaluation but do not want to take up too much of your precious time.
Your IT Issues
If there is anything in particular you would like us to address with your IT, please prepare some questions for us to review. We will document everything and if needed, do some additional research on your issue(s) while we are preparing your IT Audit Report back at our office.
